Shipping Policy
This page explains how Hisgro ships orders placed on this website. For marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), the marketplace’s shipping terms apply.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹500. For orders of ₹500 or less, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery area
We currently ship within India only. Serviceability to your PIN code is confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote locations may take longer.
- Delivery estimates are indicative. Delays can occur due to logistics partner availability, weather or public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also view order status from your account.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the package and product. See our Return Policy for details.
Cancellation after dispatch
If you cancel after dispatch, please decline the delivery when the courier arrives. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
